These webinars are targeted for State/Tribal Child Welfare staff involved with child welfare information systems. While the Procurement series will cover foundational topics related to child welfare data system planning, development, implementation and management, both new and experienced professionals are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Presenters will discuss the differences of managed scope change versus unmanaged scope creep and the effects of both on projects.  Learn about the causes of and remedies to project scope creep and how your application development methodology can encourage or discourage this problem.  Hear how other States/Tribes have developed key strategies for planning, monitoring and managing their project’s scope changes.  Our webinar will include time for Q&A and audience discussion.
