This national center will assist jurisdictions to expand and build infrastructure capacity across the courts, child welfare agencies, and other behavioral health and early childhood systems to ensure that infants and toddlers and their caregivers have access to comprehensive, high-quality evidence-based parenting, child development, and behavioral health services. The QIC will also disseminate promising practices and policies to support the healthy growth and development of infants and toddlers in child welfare and their families.
